Your Journey to Saving Lives: The Donation Process
1. Registration & Screening
Fill out a donor questionnaire, provide ID, and get a quick health check-up.
2. Mini-Physical & Test
A quick check of your blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and iron levels.
3. The Donation
The actual blood collection takes about 10-15 minutes, overseen by trained staff.
4. Refreshments & Rest
Enjoy snacks and drinks, and relax for 10-15 minutes to help your body recover.
5. Your Blood's Journey
Your donated blood is processed, tested, and sent to hospitals to save lives.
